This is a Board of Director position (pro bono). Specific team member works closely with the Chair (President) and will assists and steps in when needed. Their focus is on organizational growth (sustainability and bridging gaps between committees and board) and partnerships.

This is a Board of Director position (pro bono). This team member will recruit and onboard new board members and fill committees. Their focus is to further develop the board of directors and committees while bringing all groups together for sustainability and planning for succession. 

This is a Board of Director Position, but team member MUST LIVE IN Metro Atlanta, Georgia (pro bono). Team member will manage records, meeting minutes, and compliance with legal documentation and supports communication between board members and committees.

This is a committee leadership position (committee is in process of being established). Their focus is to grow the presence of The KCJ within the community via social media, emails, website, etc, develop storytelling content and promote the mission through different partnerships and events. 

This is a committee leadership role, as the committee is currently being established. This specific team member will work to build relationships with eye care providers for subsidized treatment programs, measure impact metrics to show results (like people served, outcomes, etc) and design + implement services that fulfill The KCJ’s mission. 

This is a committee leadership position, for a committee that is currently being established. Their basic focus is on diversifying and securing funding via grants, events, sponsorships, in kind donations, sales, etc.
